Crispy baked farmhouse bread, delicious cakes, freshly tapped apple cider, snacks, Maultaschen (Swabian ravioli), grilled pork neck, and our tarte flambée. Everything is always fresh from regional specialty shops and not from anonymous wholesale markets.
